Counselors / CFPs

The Coordinated Assistance Network (CAN) is pleased to provide opportunities for Applicants to connect with certified and/or accredited counselors and financial planners. Recognizing that nonprofit partners often seek various types of counselors to enhance their programs, CAN promotes employment opportunities that offer both monetary benefits and practicum hours credit. Counselors can browse job openings or utilize CAN as a secure workspace for their own needs. Registration is free, and each counselor has the flexibility to control their availability.

Many Applicants within the network are in urgent need of personal coaching and counseling to navigate their circumstances effectively. One of CAN's primary goals is to facilitate emergency interventions when necessary. Counselors can engage with Applicants at their own pace or collaborate directly with partner organizations to deliver their specialized skill sets.

In addition to financial counseling and planning, CAN offers opportunities for certified and accredited counselors in various fields, including Veterans' employment, mental health and wellness, as well as marriage and family counseling, among others.
